Registration

To participate in the SHVM 2015, you must register; to do so, please access this page.

Only registered participants can submit an abstract and each registered participant may submit a maximum of one abstract. Abstracts should be submitted by the presenting author only. Upon registration, you will receive an automatic confirmation message by e-mail; amongst other information, it contains your reference code—please keep it for future use. You may submit an abstract immediately upon registration or at a later stage (within the submission deadline); in this case, you will need to access your personal mySHVM2015 page (using your e-mail address and your password) to submit the abstract.

Through your personal mySHVM2015 page, you may also

edit your abstract at any time (until the submission deadline)
select your participation package
process your payment, and
download your certificate of attendance
